Our International District dental clinic performs both simple and surgical tooth extractions. More complex extractions are referred to an oral surgeon. We take great care in delivering gentle local anesthesia to thoroughly numb the tooth and the surrounding area before we proceed with the removal of the tooth. Nitrous oxide sedation is available when needed.
